Chesterfield County is seeking sidewalk construction for pedestrian improvements along Fordham Road.

Description

The construction of five-foot sidewalk along the south side of Fordham Road between the intersection of Gregory Drive and Gloucestershire Street, a crosswalk at Gregory Drive and Gloucestershire Street, and retaining wall along the frontage of Fernbrook Park. The proposed improvements consist of approx.1,650 F of sidewalk and curb and gutter and a retaining wall, along with associated drainage and grading, demolition, signage, pavement marking, and erosion & sediment control work. Any and all questions and/ or requests for interpretation of bid documents must be submitted in writing to Timmons Group, Kyle Hogan, PE, kyle.hogan@timmons.com by 5:00 PM on February 2, 2026. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
