Sealed Proposals will be received by the Town of Winterville, NC in the Town Hall Assembly Room, 2571 Railroad Street, Winterville, NC, until 2:00 pm, local time, Thursday, February 5, 2026 , at which time they will be publicly opened and read for the furnishing of Labor, Materials, and Equipment for Winterville’s Line Relocation for U2817 NCDOT Road Widening Project.
