Remove and replace the two (2) bathrooms and their plumbing fixtures, three (3) HVAC units, one (1) roof for the long barn office building (building 1) (2220 square feet (SF)), and one (1) bathroom and its plumbing fixtures, four (4) HVAC units, and damaged exterior metal wall panels at the long barn shop building (building 3) (4840 SF) in district 10 at the long barn maintenance station (ms). This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. State’s twenty-five percent (25%) Small Business (SB) participation goal. Certified SBs, Micro Businesses (MB), SBs. The DVBE Participation Program applies, and five percent (5%) participation. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
