Description

The Port of Everett is seeking bids from qualified Fire Protection Systems Contractors to provide inspection, testing, and on-call repair for Port-owned fire protection systems. Services include, but are not limited to, annual, three-year, and five-year inspections and testing of fire alarm and detection systems, sprinkler and fire suppression system, private fire hydrants, emergency lighting and exit signs. The selected Contractor will be responsible for performing all required services and submitting detailed reports to both the Port and the City of Everett Fire Department

The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources.
