Work includes 1 LS site grading and earthwork; 160 TN aggregate base course; 700 LF potable water supply; 1 LS onsite wastewater treatment system; 1 LS lpg tank and service; 1 LS electrical service; 31.1 CY exterior concrete slabs; 1 LS pre-engineered metal garage; 200 LF wood fencing and gates; 1 LS air conditioning system; 1 LS 9' interior ceiling height; 1 LS wood burning stove; 1 LS solid surface countertops.
