Description
Conduct an environmental data resources review, searching federal, state, and local regulatory databases for recorded environmental issues, spills, releases, or violations associated with the property or adjacent properties. Perform site reconnaissance of the properties interior and exterior to look for current or past signs of environmental concern. Provide a detailed report summarizing the findings and concluding whether any rec's, hrec's, or crec's exist or might have previously existed on the property and providing recommendations for any necessary next steps.
This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Deadline for Consultant(s) to Submit Questions October 6, 2025.
