Description

Scope not limited to prep of Feasibility Study which include development & evaluation of potential alternative solutions & continue through Schematic Design Phase of preferred alternative. Subject to acceptance of Project by MSBA & adequate authorized funds, contract between Owner & Designer may be amended to include continue designer services through design development, contract documents, bid, award of construction contract & administration, final closeout & warranty period of project
