INVITATION FOR BIDS [Re-bid] Carolina Place Parkway Connector

Mecklenburg County Asset and Facility Management will receive sealed bids for Carolina Place Parkway Connector, until 2:00 PM, December 2, 2025 at which time bids will be opened at Asset and Facility Management offices located in Suite 6000 at Valerie Woodard Center, 3205 Freedom Dr., Charlotte NC 28208. Bid, performance, and payment & material bonds are required. NC law and applicable regulations of various licensing boards will be observed. The project is located along Carolina Place Parkway from HWY. 51 to Park Road. Scope of work includes a sidewalks and signal work.
