JANITORIAL SERVICES - TURNER COUNTY

The Turner County Commissioners are asking for bids on cleaning services for the Courthouse, Courthouse Annex, Victoria Evans Memorial Library, Turner County Elections Building and Turner County Agricultural Center (old Moultrie Tech Building on Rockhouse Road). Interested bidders may come by the Commissioners¿ Office at 208 East College Avenue for a detailed list of cleaning requirements or email Latrice Wilson, County Clerk to get a detailed list at latricewilson2003@gmail.com. The successful contractor will be required to comply with E-Verify regulations according to O.C.G.A. 13-10-91 or the Immigration Act. Additionally, the successful contractor will be required to have general liability in the amount of $1,000,000.00 and name the County as an additional insured on the policy and have valid workers¿ compensation insurance according to the State of Georgia. Bid closing date and time will be Friday, November 21st, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. Bids will be opened on Friday, November 21st, 2025, at 10:30 A.M. and read aloud. Bids must be in a sealed envelope with ¿Bid¿ clearly marked on the outside of the envelope.
