Copse Road & Warpas Road – Pavement Rehabilitation ProjectLOTCIP L075-0002 AFB-1 December 16, 2025Sealed Bids for the construction of the Copse Road & Warpas Road – Pavement Rehabilitation Project will be received at the Office of the First Selectwoman located at the Town Offices Building, 8 Campus Drive, Madison, Connecticut 06443, until2:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud in Meeting Room A.The Work to be performed for the Project includes pavement reclamation, vertical geometry improvements, roadway widening, storm drainage improvements, new curbing, new sidewalks, and tree removal. The foregoing is a general description only, and shall not be construed as a complete description of the Work to be performed for the Project.Bids will be received for a single prime Contract.
