Roadway excavation and installation of 10 ft by 4 ft double box culvert 98 feet in length plus wingwalls, channel grading and restoration.The?City of Spearfish?will receive and accept bids through QuestCDN.com via their electronic VirtuBid online bid service or by sealed paper copy to Michele Freed at the Public Works Office at 625 N 5th St Spearfish SD 57783.Paper Bids must be submitted upon the printed bid form and sealed with the items being bid clearly indicated on the outside for each project.
