NOTICE INVITING BIDS (NOTICE)FORCITY OF TRACYSERVICE & REPAIR OF GARAGE DOORS AND GATESNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TRACY (hereinafter "City") requests bids forON-CALL SERVICE & REPAIR OF GARAGE DOORS AND GATES(hereinafter “Project”) and will receive bids in the office of the Public Works Department, 520 S Tracy Blvd, Tracy, CA, 95376, ATTN: Jim Thompson, Operations Superintendent Internal Services, up to the hour of2 p.m. (Pacific Standard), November 13, 2025.The services to be performed by the successful proposer(s) are described in the Notice Inviting Bids (which is attached). Copies of the Notice are available at the Public Works Department and online atwww.cityoftracy.org/government/rfp-notices. Any questions should be directed to Public Works, atpublicworks@cityoftracy.orgno later than4 p.m.,November 7, 2025.Bids shall be submitted and clearly marked on the outside of a sealed envelope as follows “SEALED BID FORON-CALL SERVICE & REPAIR OF GARAGE DOORS AND GATES – DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL.”All responsive submittals shall be reviewed and evaluated by the City to determine which bidder best meets the City’s needs by demonstrating the competence and professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the required services.
