Description
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through its Procurement & Logistics Department, is soliciting proposals (RFP BD-26-1206-40000-40000-121916) for the "184-25 Riverside Carhouse Epoxy CIPP Lining of Water Mains" project. The primary purpose of this RFP is to secure a qualified contractor to perform cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining of water mains at the Riverside Carhouse location.
The scope of work, detailed in Exhibit A, includes the epoxy CIPP lining of water mains. Proposals must comply with the minimum insurance requirements outlined in Exhibit B and adhere to the applicable wage schedule for Newton, as specified in Exhibit C. Bidders are required to complete and submit the Price Request Form (Form C) along with their proposal.
