Work includes clear and grub; erosion control; 145,021 SF of Permanent Seeding/ Turf Restoration; 2,042 LF of fencing; 19,064 CY of cut on-site material; 3 EA of 12" Tie-in to Existing 24-, 20 Water and Overflow line; 431 LF of 20" C900 PVC; 37 LD of DIP; 131 LF of 15" RCP; 3 EA of 24" 45 degree band; 1 EA of fire hydrant; 1 EA of18" concrete drain and collar; grout; 696 LF of Underground Electric; electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls – New Tank and Electrical Building; 30,830 SF of Class 6 Gravel Access Road.
