Description

The City of Everett is interesting in bids for the Corporal Arthur Nelson Play Lot Renovation Project (referred to as Fuller Street Park, is located in Everett, MA. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to demolish and remove the existing playground and site features, implement and maintain erosion and sediment controls, obtain required permits, and complete all necessary site preparation, grading, and drainage/utility work for the proposed improvements. New construction includes a bituminous concrete half-court basketball court, a new splash pad with associated equipment and utilities, and new playground equipment (including swings) with required PIP safety surfacing. Additional improvements include new ADA-accessible concrete walkways, site perimeter modular block wall, fencing and gates, and all related appurtenances, including site furnishings (tables, benches, bike racks), a shade shelter, a new flagpole and park signage, and new landscaping and plantings. All work is pursuant to the requirements of M.G.L c. 30, § 39M and all other applicable provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws and all other applicable provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws.
