Replacement of filter media within two (2) existing horizontal pressure filters at the water treatment facility; replace the existing sodium hydroxide tank within the existing water treatment facility, which requires removal and replacement of an exterior cmu wall. Replace the chemical feed equipment for the existing chlorine gas disinfection system at the water treatment facility? repair conic section of the steel catalytic reactor vessel within the water treatment facility? demolition of equipment and abandon the booster pump station? connect existing waterlines to bypass the existing booster pump station? work also includes all associated site restoration, including drive repair, sidewalk repair, and seeding, as generally intended division b:division b generally includes the following:? installation of approx. 950 LF of new 10" water main, including crossing via horizontal directional drill; installation of approx. 25 LF of new 6" water main bypass the existing booster station.
