NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of County Commissioners of Lincoln County, Washington that quotes will be received until 10:00 AM on Friday, January 30, 2026 by regular mail to Lincoln County Broadband Office, PO Box 28, Davenport, WA 99122-0028 OR by UPS or Fed Ex to theOffice of the Board of County Commissioners Clerk of the Board’s Desk at 450 Logan Street, County Courthouse, Lower Level, Davenport, WAOR in person to the Office of the Board of County Commissioners Clerk of the Board’s Desk at 450 Logan Street, County Courthouse, Lower Level, Davenport, WA. It shall be the submitter’s responsibility to ensure that quotes are delivered to the Board of County Commissioners prior to the deadline and receipted by the Clerk of the Board. Please identify quotes on the outside of a sealed envelope as “Fiber Materials Procurement.”The quotes will be opened and publicly read aloud on January 30.Statement of Need (Scope): This RFQ is intended to solicit quotes from vendors for fiber materials needed for a Fiber-To-The-Home build in Lincoln County.For the complete RFQ and for questions, please contact Margie Hall, Lincoln County Broadband Office, by email atmhall@co.lincoln.wa.usor by phone at 509-215-7837.The Board of Lincoln County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes.
