Human Resources Information System (HRIS)

The Washington County Human Resources Department is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide a new state-of-the-art Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for Washington County WI. Washington County, located in West Bend WI is considering replacing the HR modules of its on-premise, server-based ERP software and stand-alone performance management and training and learning management systems with a new, feature rich HR system that provides increased employee self-service functions, improved recruiting features, and reporting capabilities to better predict and manage HR activities. The current systems and processes do not effectively meet the County’s HR needs and the County would like to replace these separate systems with one comprehensive HRIS. The County is looking for a best-fit Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. The County would like to have the new system in place and fully operational by July 1, 2026
