Description

Bailey Drive Gateway is a 13.83-acre site located at the southernmost portion of Walnut Creek Wetland Park. The scope of services listed below are included in the design and construction of the gateway on the City of Raleigh Property: • Sidewalk • Precast Boardwalk • Masonry and concrete walls • Open-air pavilion with storage structure • Restoration overlook deck • Planting • Soil/ natural surface trails (Alternative) • Interpretive signage provided by others – Contractor installed, signage by others • Artwork
