Caltrans is seeking hazardous waste disposal services for facilities in District 10.

Description

Provide on-call pick-up, removal, clean up, packaging, bin rental, transport and hazardous waste disposal or recycling services including but not limited to hazardous waste, environmentally regulated waste, and lab packed waste. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. Questions regarding this IFB must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. on 01/13/2026. Bidders must submit their questions via e-mail to Michael.Dean@dot.ca.gov. The services shall be performed in the Caltrans facilities in the District 10 area. Refer to District 10 Maintenance Facilities, Attachment 2 for a list of locations.

The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources.
