Non-Credit Course Providers-Revenue Share

This Request for Proposals (RFP) provides interested offerors with sufficient information to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education (hereinafter State System) to provide a revenue share agreement through Non-Credit Courses or Testing (online, blended, or in-person) and offer foundational skills or high impact practices such as apprenticeships or practicums for learners to become skilled, up-skilled, or re-skilled as needed on behalf of its universities.This RFP will result in multiple participation award contracts.  Successful placement on the award list provides eligible offerors with the ability to provide the services on an as needed basis. It is not a guarantee that the State System will request the offeror to provide the services.
