Adelanto Safe Route To School (RFP)

Provide services for project approval & environmental document (pa&ed) phase for safe route to school project. Provide all necessary services for the pa&ed phase, including but not limited to kickoff meeting and monthly progress meetings; schedule updates and task coordination; quality assurance/quality control; prepare appropriate ceqa and/or nepa any nay other grant required documentation; conduct technical studies (traffic, biological, air quality, noise, cultural resources, etc. ); public outreach support and agency coordination; site assessment to identify needed improvements according to the grant application; preliminary design support for environmental analysis; utility identification and right-of-way analysis.
