ADA-09685 Proposal to Lease State Airport Land at Kodiak Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease ADA-09685 (Lot 4, Block 1400), consisting of approximately 13,000 square feet, at Kodiak Airport for thirty (30) years. Applicant: Kodiak Airport Park & Store, LLC. Annual rent: $4,875.00 and any other associated fees. Authorized uses: Non-aeronautical – Construction, operation, and maintenance of a storage facility, office, and associated parking. Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., March 6, 2026, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the lease. The Department’s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection or a competing application to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.
