RFP MANUFACTORED HOME DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, TAHOLAH UPPER VILLAGE

This is an exciting opportunity to assist the QIN in the design, layout, and construction of four (4) new manufactured homes in the Taholah Upper Neighborhood. The homes will consist of:1. One (1) two-bedroom, two (2) bath home, approximately 1000 square feet – Lot #49 2. One (1) three-bedroom, two (2) bath home, approximately 900 square feet – Lot #44 3. One (1) three-bedroom, two (2) bath home, approximately 1460 square feet – Lot #16 4. One (1) four-bedroom, two (2) bath home, approximately 1512 square feet – Lot #21. Because of the unique needs of the project, homes should be designed to anticipate the needs of specific Tribal members with different needs and in different life stages. For example, a home that will work for a young family may not work for a Tribal elder. The layouts of the individual homes will vary both in square footage and accessibility. The QIN requires new development to meet UCB Codes and to provide Washington State Certified Engineered stamped plans and specifications of the construction.
