INVITATION TO BIDCOMMONWEALTH UNIVERSITY of PENNSYLVANIA – BLOOMSBURG CAMPUSCWU-53-B: Internal Gutter and Cupola at Ben FranklinCWU – Bloomsburg campus invites General Contractors to download documents for this project.The Work included under this Project consists of the repair of the existing rain gutter, the in-kind replacement of the wood entablature at the existing roof eave, repair of the existing downspouts and the in-kind replacement of the existing roof cupola.Work for the Project shall be accomplished by Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Contractor. Specific instructions for coordination and responsibilities of the Lead Prime Contractor are contained in Section 0131000, Project Management and Coordination, and elsewhere throughout the Contract Documents.A mandatory Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on November 4, 2025, at 10:00 AM in the Conference Room 114 at the Ben Franklin building on the campus of Bloomsburg University, Bloomsburg PA  17815.Electronic Bids are due no later than 1:00 PM, EDT on December 2, 2025, through PennBid located at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/The Bid package is available at no cost via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/.  In order to submit a proposal, interested bidders need to register with PennBid.
