Description

Project consists of raising residential structures with piers due to settlement issues. A mandatory pre-bid conference for the project will be held on January 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Woods Cross Public Works Building located at 2287 South 1200 West, Woods Cross, UT, 84087. A site visit to the homes will be conducted after the pre-bid meeting. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
