To schedule a site walk of the Subject Property, or to ask questions regarding this RFQ/RFP or the Subject Property, prospective Bidders may contact the Town Manager's Office. All questions must be received by 4:00pm October 20, 2025. Answers to all questions the Town is capable of answering will be posted on the Town website no later than 4:00pm November 3, 2025. All questions should be submitted by email to tm@townofwinchester.org.
