Description

The City of Kennesaw, Georgia (City) is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified consultants to update the 2015 Livable Centers Initiative Plan. A full RFP Package stating the full Response requirements can be obtained from the Kennesaw City Clerk¿s Office, upon request to Lea Alvarez, City Clerk, via email at lalvarez@kennesaw-ga.gov. Only a Response submitted by a Firm on record with the City Clerk¿s Office as having received the RFP Package from the Issuing Office will be opened. Responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the Firm, the Firm¿s address, and the name of the Project for which the Response is submitted. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the Response must be enclosed in another envelope addressed as specified above. Sealed proposals shall be received by the City of Kennesaw, Georgia at the office of the City Clerk located in Kennesaw City Hall at 2529 J.O. Stephenson Avenue, Kennesaw, Georgia, 30144 until: Friday, October 10, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. Local Time. Late submittals will not be accepted. Firms responding to this Request for Proposals (RFP) shall submit five (5) hard copies of the proposal and one (1) electronic copy in PDF format saved to a USB flash drive. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Responses, to waive formalities, and re-advertise
