Description

Replacement of existing burnham cast iron boiler model v1108, serial# 64278432. Unwire existing gordan-piatt burner. Removal and proper disposal of existing burnham boiler. Furnish and install like for like burnham boiler. Connect new boiler to existing piping. A mandatory Site Visit will begin at 10:00 AM., Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at Fall River Elementary, 1400 Deerwood Dr., Longmont, CO 80504. Q&A deadline 3:00 PM, November 4, 2025. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Addendum No. 1 Q&A attached.
