Description
Provide consultant services for campus wide access control program. Consultant will receive information on a high-level assessment of access control systems on campus. Consultant will use their knowledge of the industry and needs of a higher education campus to complete the remaining assessment of systems, processes, and needs of campus including recommended implementation phasing based on priorities. Consultant will work the university leadership to develop a strategy, timeline, cost, campus impact statement, and recommendation for a desired future state of access management. See outside link.
