Description

Work consists to remove existing LVT and carpet flooring and replace with new commercial grade ceramic tile and commercial grade glue down carpet tile. All questions regarding this Request/or Proposal is due in writing, through Bidnet, no later than October 8, 2025 @ 2:00 p.m. Answers to all questions will be issued on October 10, 2025 @ 10:00 a.m. followed by Addendum same day no later than 4:00 p.m. All direct calls, emails or contact will not be responded to. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Various Locations Police Department general operations center, Government Administration, and Court Room & Chambers. All work must be substantially complete on or before December 12, 2025
