Seeking a qualified contractor with expertise in brick removal and restoration to evaluate the existing damage and perform necessary repairs or replacement, ensuring structural integrity, public safety, and visual consistency with the surrounding architecture. 1. . Demolition & removal carefully remove existing brick from one (1) column measuring approximately 4’ x 2’ x 17’5” located at the south entrance of first street. All debris will be disposed of in accordance with local regulations. 2. . Brick installation supply and install modular brick on the existing cmu column. Brick will be provided to best match the existing structure, as general shale (boral) bayou brick or best matching to size, texture and color. 3. Maintenance of traffic (mot) provide full mot setup for a duration of two (2) weeks, including sidewalk closure, sign stands, barricades, and lane shift setup to ensure public safety and compliance with city requirements.
