Consolidated Community Funding Pool FY2027-2028 Funding Application Package. This Request for Proposal is to solicit applications from eligible nonprofits to provide health, housing and human services to residents within one or more regions of the County of Fairfax for the Consolidated Community Funding Pool (CCFP)
