Description
Provide comprehensive geotechnical investigation services. Modernization efforts include, interior upgrades new finishes throughout both buildings, aligned with district standards; lighting & ceilings replacement of lighting fixtures and ceilings; HVAC improvements full replacement of HVAC systems, including relocating HVAC units and piping from the building a basement to the first floor and adding a second chiller to the central plant.
This solicitation has some or all Federal and State funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
