Albany State University - Grease Trap Pumping Services

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia By and On Behalf of Albany State University is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to accept bids for Grease Trap Pumping and Cleaning Services, per the attached Bid Specifications. Pricing must include all applicable costs for products or services, including any applicable shipping charges FOB Destination to Albany, Georgia, and all other requirements as outlined in the Specifications. All questions must be submitted to the Procurement Office via the Questions function on this solicitation. Prospective bidders should only contact the Albany State University Procurement Office regarding this solicitation. Please see the attached Specifications Document for the required services as part of this RFQ. This solicitation is to establish an agency contract for Albany State University. The initial term of the contract and any renewal options shall be in accordance with the Agency Contract Cover Sheet. Any contract award resulting from the RFQ will be made to the lowest, responsive and responsible supplier meeting all specifications and with whom Albany State University has reached agreement on all contract terms and conditions
