BRIEF DESCRIPTIONThe Alaska Division of Insurance proposes to adopt regulation changes in Title 3 of the Alaska Administrative Code, relating to pharmacy benefits managers, including the following:3 AAC 23.870 – 3 AAC 23.393 are proposed to be amended to include sections, subsections, and new language dealing with pharmacy benefits managers.You may comment on the proposed regulation changes, including the potential costs to private persons of complying with the proposed changes, by submitting written comments to Lieann Amante, 550 W 7th Avenue, Ste 1560, Anchorage, Alaska 99501.Additionally, the Division of Insurance will accept comments by fax at 907-269-7910 and by electronic mail at lieann.amante@alaska.gov. Comments may also be submitted through the Alaska Online Public Notice System by accessing this notice on the system and using the comment link. The comments must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2026. Oral or written comments also may be submitted in person at the scheduled hearings.The division invites you to attend a public hearing to be held on Thursday, March 5, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. AST.
