Description

Implement and operate housing interventions under the Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA). The goal of this RFP is to expand and enhance housing options for individuals with serious mental illness (SMI), serious emotional disturbance (SED), and co-occurring behavioral health needs, in alignment with state and federal guidelines. Q&A deadline is on 10/20/25, 2:00 PM. Pre-bid meeting was held on 10/08/25, 10:00 AM. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
