Description

Work consists of the construction improvements include the cleaning and filling of approximately 154,500 LF of longitudinal joints; 102,000 LF of transverse joints; and 9,000 LF of miscellaneous cracks. Other associated improvements include temporary traffic control, mobilization, and miscellaneous associated work necessary to complete the project. The Contractor shall fully complete the overall project no later than October 31, 2026. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Various locations are Wildflower, Somersby, Somersby West, Sawgrass, White Birch, Reunion, Carlson Ridge Estates, Diamond Hills, and Tradition Greens Neighborhoods.
