Description

Work includes 1 LS of removal of improvements; 329 TN of misc. Permanent aggregate edge treatment; 20,192.600 TN of asphaltic concrete mixture PG 76-22 (SP125BSM mix); 22,532 gal. of tack coat; see attached files. Submit completed Contractor Questionnaire and/or Contractor Prequalification Questionnaire with attachments not later than seven (7) days prior to the date and hour of the bid opening. All questions concerning the bid document preparation shall be directed to the Central Office - Design Division at 573-751-2876. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. DBE goal is 4%.
