MGA Aircraft Fuel

Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide MGA Aviation Fuel to the Middle Georgia State University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. Middle Georgia State University (MGA) is seeking a single qualified supplier to provide Avgas, Jet-A aviation fuel, and the lease of two fuel trucks. The contract term will align with MGA¿s fiscal year (July 1¿June 30). The initial contract period will begin on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to four (4), one¿year terms.
