Hilcorp North Slope, LLCLisburne Production CenterThe Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) has made a preliminary decision to approve Hilcorp North Slope, LLC’s application for Air Quality Control Minor Permit AQ0272MSS04 for the Lisburne Production Center. Applicant: Hilcorp North Slope, LLC 3800 Centerpoint Drive, Suite 1400 Anchorage, AK 99503Location: Latitude 70º 17' 6.3" North; Longitude 148º 25' 54.3" West Activity: Hilcorp North Slope, LLC applied for a minor permit under 18 AAC 50.508(6) to revise conditions in a Title I permit.Emissions: Change in emissions for stationary source is as follows: an increase of 1.01 tons of Volatile Organic Compounds (includes an increase of 0.175 TPY of HAPs) and an increase of 3.18 TPY of Particulate Matter. The emissions for nitrous oxides, carbon monoxide, and sulfur dioxide remain unchanged.
