Description

Seeks a provider of the aftercare program support services designed to provide case management and referral services to community-based providers to eligible foster youth. Q&A deadline was on 11/18/25 by 9:00 AM. The anticipated duration of the agreement is 36 months tentatively to begin July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029, with an option to extend the term for a period of up to an additional 24 months for a total of 60 months.
