CITY OF MERCER ISLANDREQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS: 25-37 Notice is hereby given that the City of Mercer Island (City) is announcing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide professional services for theMercer Island Community and Event Center (MICEC) Groundwater Intrusionproject.Work includes assessingexisting site and building conditions, identifying sources and causes of groundwater intrusion, and developing recommendations to mitigate water infiltration into the facility. Statement of Qualifications with requirements, as outlined in the RFQ package, must be received, not sent, no later than5:00 PM (PST) on Friday, September 19, 2025. All SOQs will only be accepted via electronic transmission. Submit SOQ packets to:bids@mercerisland.govand includeRFQ 25-37 Groundwater Intrusionon the subject line of the email.
