Description

The Hawaii Department of Transportation is soliciting proposals (RFP #AO5022-01 CM) for Construction Management (CM) support services for the Airfield Improvements Project at Kalaeloa Airport. The main purpose of this RFP is to secure a qualified firm to provide comprehensive CM services throughout the project lifecycle. The scope of work encompasses providing expert construction management support, which may include, but is not limited to, pre-construction planning, scheduling, cost control, contract administration, quality assurance, safety oversight, and overall project coordination. The selected firm will work closely with the Department of Transportation to ensure the successful and timely completion of the airfield improvements project. Key requirements include demonstrated experience in managing similar airfield construction projects, a thorough understanding of FAA regulations and guidelines, a qualified team with relevant expertise in construction management, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
