Description

The purpose of the RFP is to secure a vendor to provide and implement a 988 Crisis Call Center Data Platform (also referred to herein as “the Future System”) for the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA). DMHA requires a standardized crisis data platform across the public behavioral health system capable of tracking, managing, and analyzing crisis services calls to connect individual with necessary crisis services.
