As-Needed Structural Engineering Services 2026 (Request for Qualifications)

Seeks to award up to five (5) master agreements to pre-qualified consultant or joint venture firms to provide as-needed structural engineering and related technical services. Assignments will vary in size and complexity. These services may include, but are not limited to, the following types of projects 1. Pier and marina construction and renovation; 2. New building construction; 3. Existing building strengthening, renovation, and rehabilitation; 4. New or existing roadway structures such as retaining walls and stairs; 5. New or existing bridges and pedestrian overpasses; 6. Water treatment facilities, pump stations, water reservoirs, buried and elevated tanks, AWSS, and other facilities; 7. Tunnels and shafts; 8. Underground structures such as sewer transport boxes, pipes and manholes; 9. Temporary shoring systems; 10. Hospitals. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Deadline for Written Questions December 29, 2025, at 1:00 PM PT. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. The LBE subconsulting requirement is 20% of the total value of services.
