Bus Shelter Install Serivices

Description DART is seeking a contractor to install bus shelters at various locations as outlined in the project scope. Purpose of the IFB DART invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for bus shelter installation services. Scope of Services The project includes but is not limited to the following services: • Transport and install shelter units (Tolar model 42764, Tolar model 42765, and Brasco model Eclipse) • Electrical utility connections and lighting systems (NEC compliant) • Installation of solar/PV components, timers, and auxiliary systems • Restoration of project sites to local code (grading, reseeding, etc.) Page 2 of 4 • Coordination with utility providers and permit inspections Quotes are due October 22, 2025, at 4:30PM central time. Bonfire submission of quotes is preferred, but emailed quotes will be accepted. Late quotes are not eligible for consideration. Questions are due October 15, 2025, at 4:30 PM CT. Using the Bonfire Portal is the preference so all questions are in one place. Answers will be posted on October 20, 2025, at 10 AM CT to the Bonfire portal and updated on www.ridedart.com website. The bid opening will be October 23, 2025, at 10 AM at 1100 DART Way Des Moines, Iowa 50309 in the Hub Room.
