Inspection, Repair, Testing and Maintenance Services of Fuel Dispensing System

Provide inspection, repair, testing and maintenance services of fuel dispensing system, including but not limited to the following types 1,000-gallon gasoline tank with pumping tank 10,000-gallon diesel tank with gas engine filters 12,000-gallon diesel tank with gas engine filters contractor shall provide on-site maintenance and repairs as requested by designated oc waste & recycling personnel. Services shall include inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services with necessary parts. Normal cleaning and preventative maintenance are to be included at the time of repair at no additional cost. See attached file. The initial term of this Contract shall become effective April 9, 2026 and shall continue for one (1) calendar year, unless otherwise terminated as provided herein. This Contract may be renewed by mutual written agreement of both Parties for four (4) years.
