Blue Ash Summit Park Elevator Retrofit Project

The City of Blue Ash is seeking a reputable Contractor to replace the existing elevator control system with a non-proprietary control system. This project is estimated to cost $150,000.00 We are utilizing a Lump Sum Price Contract for this project. Selection will be made based on the lowest, most responsible, and responsive bidder of the BASE BID. Notice to Bidders: Qualified bidders are invited to submit bids for the Project as described in this Document according to the Instructions to Bidders. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for Tuesday, September 30, 2025 located at 4335 Glendale-Milford Road, Blue Ash, Ohio, 45242 at 10:00 AM in the North Tower Room near the base of the tower. Access will be permitted, and you may bring equipment to best investigate the existing elevator components to place a complete and accurate bid. Additional Scope Information and RFP Documents will be released via Addendum in the near future.
