Description
The Texas Department of Emergency Management (TDEM) has issued Request for Qualifications (RFQ) TDEM-RFQ-1539 for Architectural Services. The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit qualified firms to provide a range of architectural and engineering (A&E) services to support TDEM's mission.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, architectural design, engineering services, construction administration, and related consulting services. Specific projects and their locations will vary throughout the state of Texas. Respondents must demonstrate their ability to provide services across various geographic locations, as detailed in Exhibit D (Service Ability & Location Matrix).
Key requirements include:
* Completion and submission of all required exhibits, including Exhibit A (Execution of Offer), Exhibit B (Non-Collusion Affidavit), Exhibit C (Respondent Questionnaire), Exhibit D (Service Ability & Location Matrix), and Exhibit E (Insurance Requirements).
* Demonstrated experience and qualifications in providing architectural and engineering services for similar projects.
* Adherence to all applicable state and federal regulations.
* Compliance with the insurance requirements as specified in Exhibit E.
